• Ticket access is read-only by default. HaloPSA also supports optional, opt-in actions to create tickets, add notes, log time, or assign work.

The new CIPP Inspector, available in Beta, brings customer-level Microsoft 365 posture into Liongard from your CIPP instance.

• Track Secure Score, Conditional Access policies, standards compliance, license utilization, and Defender incidents.
• Identify expiring delegated-admin relationships and dormant accounts to support access reviews and license rightsizing.

These Inspectors are available in Beta and may evolve based on partner feedback.

🧹 Keep Your Asset Inventory Clean

Permanently purge records already marked deleted from the Devices and Identities & Accounts tables, individually or by filter.

• Remove outdated records that could reappear during later inspections and affect inventory counts.
• Each purge requires confirmation and is recorded in the Activity Log. Purging is irreversible.

💾 Get More Detail on Veeam Backup Coverage

The Veeam Service Provider Console Child Inspector now includes a dedicated Backups section for servers and workstations, with protected volumes, backup status, retention, and more.

For existing Veeam users: The four Backup Proxies Out of Date and Backup Proxies Disabled metrics now report at the Child Inspector level. Review any alerts or dashboards using these metrics at the Parent level.
