Roar Assistant now lives in a persistent, docked panel, bringing AI-powered assistance with you as you navigate Liongard.

• Stay in context: Roar automatically adapts to the environment or system you’re viewing.
• Keep the conversation going: Move between pages without losing your chat history or context.
• Turn answers into action: Compare resources, manage multiple conversations, and export responses to Word, Excel, PDF, CSV, Markdown, or HTML.

The result: Less context switching and faster answers grounded in the environment you’re already working in.

Get a clearer picture of what’s connected, how it’s connected, and what’s changing across your customers’ networks.

• Visualize network topology with expanded Domotz data alongside richer device, interface, configuration, and alert information.
• Go deeper with SNMP through expanded enrichment across SNMP-enabled devices.
• Monitor what matters to you with custom SNMP OIDs for switches, NAS appliances, UPS systems, and other network hardware.

The result: More context for troubleshooting, change detection, and understanding complex customer networks.

We’ve expanded Liongard visibility across networking, security, documentation, cloud infrastructure, and AI.

• Fortinet FortiManager: Centrally monitor FortiManager and its managed FortiGate firewalls.
• UniFi Cloud: See network and physical security infrastructure across UniFi Network and Protect.
• Admin By Request: Monitor endpoint privileges, local admin access, and application elevations.
• Lexful: Validate documentation completeness and hygiene across customer organizations.
• WithSecure: Track endpoint protection, EDR incidents, device health, and security posture.
• DigitalOcean: Monitor cloud infrastructure alongside GenAI agents, models, prompts, and knowledge bases.

Three new capabilities give you more insight into licensing and identity activity without jumping between portals.

• Stay ahead of renewals with Microsoft 365 subscription expiration dates directly in Liongard.
• Investigate sign-ins with user location, IP address, status, and timestamp data.
• Spot weak MFA with a new alert for users registered with methods such as SMS, phone, or email.

📊 292 New Metrics Across 17 Inspectors

• More Liongard data means more ways to monitor, alert, report, and ask AI questions about the systems you manage.
• This release adds 292 metrics spanning identity security, endpoints, networking, backup, PSA platforms, documentation, and infrastructure.

⚙️ Manage Thousands of Assets in Fewer Clicks

• Asset Inventory bulk actions can now apply to all assets matching your filters, not just the current page.
• Filter once, then tag, archive, move, or update an entire group of assets at once, whether that’s 20 assets or 2,000.

• AI Insight Credit Metering - Routine MCP data retrieval remains highly efficient, with 100 standard MCP tool calls consuming one credit. Natural-language MCP queries and Roar interactions consume one credit per question, while the AI Query Companion / Metrics Builder remains free to use.
• Continuum RMM Deprecation - The Continuum RMM Inspector is now deprecated and will retire within 12 months. Partners using it should migrate to the ConnectWise Asio Inspector to maintain uninterrupted monitoring and support.
