This month’s LiongardIQ updates bring more visibility and control to your operations by expanding PSA insights within Visual Insights Pro and enhancing how you track asset discovery across your environment.

📊 New Autotask Dashboards in Visual Insights Pro

We’ve added four new Autotask-powered dashboards to Visual Insights Pro, providing near real-time visibility into your PSA ticketing environment directly within LiongardIQ.

These dashboards help you:

• Monitor overall service desk performance and ticket trends
• Track technician productivity and KPI metrics
• Identify top ticket-generating clients and demand patterns

Each dashboard is designed to support a specific operational view, making it easier to analyze performance and surface insights across your service desk.

🔍 Enhanced Inspector Visibility

The Inspector table now includes a new, filterable “Discovered By” column, giving you greater visibility into how each inspector was identified.

This enhancement makes it easier to:

• Understand discovery sources
• Filter inspectors by origin
• Track how assets are being brought into your environment
